Provider, model, and channel

A provider supplies a service, a model generates an answer, and a channel defines access. The current collector mainly uses provider APIs.

We do not automatically measure the ChatGPT app, search interface, and API separately merely because they share a brand. Reports should name the channel actually used.

Version within available metadata

A run stores methodology, collector, and question-set versions. An answer provider may return a model identifier in its metadata.

The answer-result table does not currently store a complete model version for every record. We therefore cannot promise automatic detection of every silent model replacement.

Language, country, and location limits

Each question has a language and country passed to an integration when the provider supports them. A project can manage separate scopes for different markets.

An API country parameter does not always reproduce the exact location of a consumer-app user. Geographic comparisons represent the configured collector conditions.

Search and disclosed citations

Some providers return citations or use a search-enabled mode. GeoFolks stores returned source URLs.

Search-enabled and non-search modes are treated as separate AI-platform variants whenever the provider metadata identifies the mode unambiguously.

Provider and model registry

Administrators can manage providers, credentials, and a model catalogue. Catalogue synchronisation stores a date and metadata.

There is no guarantee that every new application or model is covered automatically. Adding an AI platform requires an adapter, configuration, and a real measurement test.
