How priorities are set

We first assess how a problem affects important customer questions. Then we compare that impact with effort, timing, and delivery dependencies.

The plan starts with work that has clear business value and a realistic path to delivery, not whatever is easiest to describe in a report.

The recommendation selector orders work in the current cycle of up to 30 days and marks quick tasks. Users can change priority, status, due date and assignment.

After the cycle, a comparative measurement is taken and unfinished actions move to the next plan.

Recommendation anatomy

Every recommendation follows the same structure:

  • problem — what the measurement showed and which component (K1–K12) it concerns,
  • evidence — the specific answers and sources behind the diagnosis,
  • action — step-by-step implementation instructions,
  • effort and dependencies — what it requires and what it depends on,
  • verification — how the effect will be checked after implementation.

Owner assignment

Every action names a responsible team — content, SEO, PR, IT, e-commerce — and can be assigned to a specific person in your organization.

A recommendation without an owner never gets implemented; the GeoFolks plan does not leave that to chance.

Review after a later run

A recommendation has implementation and verification statuses and can store a verification result. Later runs provide comparison data.

Linking one task to one measured change is not currently automatic. The verification result requires deliberate team review and recording.

Carrying open work forward

An open recommendation with the same key can be carried into a later run with a carry-over count instead of being duplicated.

The plan remains continuous across Now, Next, and Backlog. The task owner still sets the delivery date.
