Now, Next, and Backlog
The recommendation selector distributes work across three horizons and marks quick tasks. Users can change priority, status, due date, and assignment.
The horizons organise sequence. They are not an automatic outcome promise or a ready-made 30/60/90-day calendar.
Recommendation anatomy
Every recommendation follows the same structure:
- problem — what the measurement showed and which component (K1–K12) it concerns,
- evidence — the specific answers and sources behind the diagnosis,
- action — step-by-step implementation instructions,
- effort and dependencies — what it requires and what it depends on,
- verification — how the effect will be checked after implementation.
