Privacy Policy

GeoFolks is the data controller. We process data to: provide services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), conduct marketing with consent (point a), meet legal obligations (point c) and pursue legitimate interests (point f).

Data scope

Account data (e-mail, full name), company and billing data, analysis project data and technical logs. We never process card data — it is handled by the payment operator.

Retention

Raw AI answers are stored for 12 months for result auditability. Technical logs — 90 days. Inactive lead data — 24 months. Accounting documents — as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port data and object. Data export and deletion can be initiated in account settings; requests are handled within 30 days.
