How the work progresses

Every stage has defined inputs, an output, and a clear owner.

01

Define the scope

We begin by selecting the brand, market, language, priority products, and competitors. Together, we also define the customer questions that matter commercially.

This keeps every measurement within the same scope and makes later comparisons fair.

02

Collect the answers

The system sends defined questions to configured API providers and stores the answer, language, market, time, mentions, and disclosed citations.

A model name does not necessarily mean its consumer application was measured. The report identifies the configured access channel; a missing provider or failed request is a measurement limitation, not proof that the brand was absent.

03

Explain the result

The score is never a lone number. GEO Visibility Score comes with Measurement Confidence, concrete evidence — answers, citations, sources — and the differences between models.

You see not only how the brand performs, but why, and on what basis we say so.

04

Set priorities

Recommendations receive impact and difficulty ratings. The selector organises them into Now, Next, and Backlog, taking constraints and dependencies into account.

This is not an automatic 30/60/90-day timeline. The team sets owners and due dates in the work plan.

05

Manage the work

A recommendation can be assigned to one person and described with a checklist, due date, dependencies, comments, and attachments. The list and kanban show the same work state.

Configured integrations can send a task to Jira, Asana, monday.com, ClickUp, or a webhook. Availability depends on the plan and a valid connection.

06

Compare later measurements

A later run can be compared with the previous one: the score, components, sources, and competitors show change within the same project.

Task status and measurement results are currently separate records. GeoFolks does not automatically prove that one implementation caused a change; that conclusion requires team review.

Automation and control

The system runs queries, stores results, calculates components, creates recommendations, and performs automated report checks.

The admin panel supports manual report QA. A report has human review only when that stage and reviewer are recorded; we do not claim expert approval for every run.

What we need from the client

Starting an assessment requires only the essentials: brand name, market and language, a list of main competitors, and the priority products or services.

Typical team involvement is limited to short scope consultations at the start and decisions on execution priorities — GeoFolks handles the measurement and analysis.
