What the system does

The system generates questions, calls configured providers, stores answers, calculates components, creates recommendations, and checks report structure.

Scale depends on plan limits and provider availability. Not every classification is expert judgement; tone and mentions come from automated extractors.

Methodology rule

Manual report review

The QA workspace lets a reviewer complete a checklist, approve or reject a report, and record a reason. The operation enters the audit log.

Extractor exceptions are not currently routed automatically to a dedicated expert queue. A person must deliberately open the report or answer and review it.

Methodology rule

Methodology governance

Changes to definitions, weights, and protocol pass through methodology governance: proposal, comparability impact assessment, decision, and a changelog entry. No change ships because it improves the numbers — the criterion is measurement rigour. Responsibility for the methodology is assigned to named people, not to "the system".

Methodology rule

QA status instead of a blanket promise

Automated checks are part of the pipeline. Additional human review has its own status, checklist, reviewer, and audit events.

Clients should rely on the report’s explicit label, not a blanket statement that “every report was checked by an expert”.

Methodology rule

Support depends on the offer

A client can create a support ticket or sales request for expert review, a question, or a scoped offer. The response history remains in the workspace.

Ongoing strategic consulting and a dedicated expert are not automatically included with every plan. Their scope depends on the selected service or contract.
