GeoFolks Terms of Service

Version 1.0, effective July 1, 2026.

§1 Definitions

Service — the GeoFolks platform available at geofolks.com. Deliverable — AI brand-visibility analysis, reports and subscription monitoring. Client — the entity ordering the Deliverable.

§2 Scope

GeoFolks provides AI visibility measurement, technical site audits, recommendation generation and monthly monitoring within the scope of the selected plan.

§3 Payments

Plan prices are listed in the pricing page. One-time payments are made upfront; subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. The Client may withdraw from a report purchase within 14 days, provided report generation has not started.

§4 Liability

Measurement results reflect AI system answers at the time of testing and constitute a measurement protocol, not a guarantee of business results. LLM answers are non-deterministic, which is why results are presented with confidence intervals.

§5 Complaints

Complaints may be filed via the client panel or at support@geofolks.com. We respond within 14 days.
