What is actually monitored

Monitoring stores brand presence, mention character, position, disclosed citations, competitors, score, and score components over time. Tone is an automated classification and should be checked against the full answer.

Automatic verification of facts, prices, and stock status is not currently part of the real answer collector.

Comparable measurements, not random screenshots

A single chat screenshot says nothing about a trend — model answers vary between sessions. GeoFolks measures under a fixed protocol: the same intents, the same models, controlled repetitions, and timestamps.

Only that comparability lets you tell a real visibility change apart from the natural variance of answers.

Available alert rules

Rules can react to a score or confidence drop, recommendation or source loss, a new competitor, run failure, stale canonical data, and an overdue critical action.

A factual-error detector exists in the alert layer, but the real collector currently supplies no fact comparison. We therefore do not present it as an available monitoring capability.

Change context

The comparison shows which scores, components, source domains, and competitor mentions changed between runs. Full answers provide context.

Task history can be reviewed alongside those changes, but the platform does not calculate automatic attribution. Timing remains a hypothesis until broader evidence supports it.

Reporting for executives and teams

The same monitoring feeds two levels of reporting: a concise executive view with the GEO Visibility Score trend and key risks, and a detailed operational view for the teams doing the work.

Both draw on the same measurement data, so there is no gap between what leadership sees and what teams work on.
