The essentials first

The report opens with the score, its change, measurement confidence, and the three most important risks or decisions.

Executives get a concise view. Delivery owners can move directly into the detail and evidence.

Evidence appendix

The evidence appendix documents the basis of the conclusions: prompts, models, answers, citations, and measurement dates behind every claim in the report.

A GeoFolks report can be independently verified — that is the standard, not an option.

Action plan layer

The execution layer of the report contains the prioritized action plan: recommendations with evidence, effort, dependencies, and responsible teams, arranged on a 30/60/90-day horizon.

The report does not stop at diagnosis — it states what to do next and in what order.

Period comparison

The period-comparison variant and monitoring show differences between runs. Changes in score, components, and available signals can be reviewed.

The report can be considered alongside action history, but it does not automatically prove that an implementation caused a change.

Secure report link

A report can be shared through a link with a 7–90 day lifetime, revoked, and reviewed through its access log. Full and redacted variants are available.

There is currently no arbitrary per-section selection or multiple audience scopes within one link.

HTML, PDF, JSON, and CSV

The report is available as HTML and can be exported to PDF, JSON, and CSV. A one-pager, technical appendix, team brief, period comparison, and board package are also available.

Metadata coverage differs by format, so JSON or CSV is best for independent data analysis.

Automated and manual quality checks

The pipeline runs automated checks before publication. The admin panel also supports a QA checklist, approval or rejection, and a recorded reviewer.

Not every report automatically receives expert review. QA status and reviewer data confirm whether human review actually occurred.
