Keep clients separated

Each client has a separate scope, data set, reports, and users. Agency teams move between accounts without copying files or assembling results manually.

Permissions protect client data, while one shared standard supports quality control across the service.

Scenario

White-label reporting

Reports can be delivered under the agency brand, with its visual identity. The methodological layer stays intact: metric definitions, methodology version, and Measurement Confidence are preserved in every variant. The agency signs the report while the rigour of the measurement remains verifiable.

Scenario

Client reporting

Reports are available as HTML and PDF, with one-pager, team brief, period comparison, and board-package variants. White-label branding can apply agency identity and logo.

Period comparison shows change but does not automatically calculate its cause or replace consultant interpretation.

Scenario

Separate client companies

An agency client is a separate company in the system with its own projects and data. Controllers enforce the agency-client relationship and membership roles.

Roles are company-level, not freely defined per screen. Read-only access depends on the assigned role and available operations, not a separate policy builder.

Scenario

Agency API

Measurement results are available via API, so the agency can feed its own dashboards and reporting systems. The data carries full measurement metadata — methodology version, scope, and confidence — so it stays interpretable inside agency tools. This lets you combine GEO data with other metrics you run for the client.

Scenario

Shared methodology

Projects use versioned methodology, common scoring rules, and automated report checks. Component sources are labelled direct, proxy, or declared.

Expert oversight is not automatically assigned to every agency measurement. It is confirmed only by a recorded report QA status and reviewer.
